Refreshing Fruit Smoothie
Ingrediants:
1 Frozen banana, peeled and sliced
2 Cups frozen strawberries, rasberries
or cherries
1 cup milk of choice
1/2 Cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1/2 Cup freshly squeezed orange juice
(or from the bottle)
2-3 Tablespoons honey or to taste
Instructions:
1) Put all the ingrediants in a blender and process until smooth.
2) Pour into glasses and serve.
