PICO DE GALLO
Ingrediants:
4 Tomatoes, chopped
1 Jalepeno, seeded and minced
2 Limes, juiced
1-2 Clowves garlic, minced
1 Teaspoon kosher slat
1/2 Red onion, minced
1/2 Cup cilantro, minced
1 Pinch of pepper
1 Bag of tortilla chips
Instructions:
1) In a large bowl, gently stir together all ingrediants in a bowl
2) Let bowl with mixed ingrediants sit for 10 minuets to 1 day in the fridge
3)When ready to eat the pico de gallo, grab tha bag of chips and dig in!
