SNICKERDOODLE COOKIE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
2/3 cups flour
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cups sugar
1 cup butter softened
2 eggs

TOPPING:
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:
1)Preheat oven to 400F
2)Combine four, cream of tartar, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3)With a stand mixer on medium, combine sugar, butter and eggs. Stir in flour
mixture.
4)Combine cinnamon and sugar for topping in a small bowl. Divide dough into
23 pieces and rolleach piece into a ball. Roll balls in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
5)Bake 8-10 minuets
